Public Sector Bargaining
Public sector bargaining - This bill would increase the scope of what public sector employees are able to bargain for in
their contract negotiations. This would allow them to ad the following to the list of area they are able to bargain.
These are some of the things they are asking to be able to include in their bargaining: discipline and discharge,
uniforms and equipment, staffing levels, preparation time, class size, retirement systems or including all "other terms
and conditions of employment."
Please help your public sector brothers and sisters by contacting your state representatives and asking they support
this bill.
